Most of the sprites used for characters are leaked/ripped from games without permission, anyway, so. Than I could totally understand why they would become angry about edits. M.U.G.E.N should be completely be open sourced in my opinion, unless of course they made their sprites or codes completely from scratch.
I don't undersand why people get angry when you pick up their abandoned projects and continue their work (Especially if they don't plan on ever finishing it). To me, it was just an abandoned and unfinished project that was rumored to have caused a lot of problems. Yeah, I know it's an unathorized edit of an unauthorized edit that was in beta stage, but I really wasn't around during that time. For those of you that find this character project to be quite offensive, please click my spoiler. I will take all constructive criticism into serious consideration.
